Absolutely! Quotes will be vaild for 3 months upon receipt.
How do you manage payments?

A 10% deposit will be required as once the contract has been signed, which will include a payment schedule depending on the size of the project.
Do C&G Ahearn offer a warranty?

My friend is in the trade, can I use his or hers expertise on the project?"

This is a very grey area which we have tried and tested this many many times. Although we would be happpy to discuss this on a case by case basis, from experience this has delayed projects whereby deadlines haven't been met. Therefore, we prefer to use our own team that we know we can rely on. Also, if there is ever a problem created from an external trade, unfortunately this is outside of our control. If a problem arises from our own team (which is very rare!) then C&G Ahearn will ensure this is resolved quickly and efficiently.
Do C&G Ahearn help / advise with Planning Permission and Building Regulations?

Of course, we can assist from design through to construction. Whiilst we are always happy to help with all aspects of this, rules are constantly changing. Therefore we always recommend you speak to your local Council, however we will be with you every step of the way!
If we make amendments to our project once the project has started, how will be be reflected within the price?"

If our clients increase or decrease the level of work agreed within the original estimate, C&G Ahearn will send a revised estimate reflecting an increase or decrease in priice.
